NOTICE: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber") and NextNum. By accessing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, and regulatory provisions contained herein.

V. Financial Framework & Refund Policy

1. Financial Architecture and Crypto Mechanics

1.1 NextNum integrates modern financial technologies, specifically supporting cryptocurrency transactions, to facilitate borderless, efficient wallet funding.

1.2 Acknowledgment of Mechanics: The User explicitly acknowledges that cryptocurrency transactions are governed by decentralized networks. Once a transaction is broadcasted to the blockchain, it is irreversible. NextNum assumes no liability for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, network congestion delays, or volatile exchange rate fluctuations.

2. Unconditional Refund Policy

STRICT POLICY: Under absolutely no circumstances are any payments made for this service refundable.

2.1 Due to the immediate, digital provisioning of our assets (Virtual Numbers, SMS Credits, API access) and the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency funding, we enforce a definitive, unconditional "No Refund" policy for all services rendered.

2.2 This policy applies regardless of user satisfaction, accidental purchases, or subsequent account termination resulting from violations of our Network Integrity or Compliance policies.

3. Account Balances and Dormancy

3.1 Fiat or Crypto equivalents loaded into the NextNum wallet do not constitute a bank deposit and do not accrue interest.

3.2 Accounts inactive for a period exceeding 365 days may be deemed dormant. NextNum reserves the right to expire wallet credits on dormant accounts to maintain system efficiency.

This provision shall be construed in accordance with the prevailing statutory instruments governing digital telecommunications and virtual number provisioning. The User acknowledges that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to all applicable international and domestic laws, including but not limited to electronic communications privacy acts, telecommunications regulatory authority guidelines, and data protection mandates. The Company disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. (Repeated content truncated for brevity in TSX, but preserved in spirit of the original document).

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Any financial discrepancies or ledger errors must be reported to the NextNum Support team within 7 days of the occurrence.

4.2 All financial disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to binding arbitration, waving the right to a class-action lawsuit.
