NOTICE: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber") and NextNum. By accessing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, and regulatory provisions contained herein.

I. Introduction & Platform Ethos

1. Purpose and Scope of Agreement

1.1 The purpose of this comprehensive framework is to delineate the operational, ethical, and legal boundaries within which NextNum operates. NextNum provides virtual numbers, Direct Inward Dialing (DID), and SMS verification services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services").

1.2 Our primary objective is to foster an environment where users approach our service voluntarily and with genuine, enthusiastic participation. We believe that transparency is the cornerstone of a trustworthy digital ecosystem.

1.3 This Master Agreement applies to all registered users, guest visitors, API consumers, and enterprise clients utilizing the NextNum infrastructure across any geographic jurisdiction.

2. Definitions and Interpretations

"Platform" refers to the NextNum web interface, mobile applications, APIs, underlying servers, and routing infrastructure.

"Virtual Number" refers to a telephone number without a directly associated physical line, routed dynamically via our proprietary cloud infrastructure.

"Enthusiastic Participation" refers to the user's informed, uncoerced, and proactive engagement with the platform, fully aware of the rights and limitations imposed by these terms.

3. Regulatory Environment and Governing Law

3.1 NextNum operates in a heavily regulated global telecommunications sector. We are subject to directives from various national regulatory bodies, including but not limited to telecom regulatory authorities in jurisdictions where our numbers are utilized.

3.2 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with the local laws and regulations of their specific geographic location.

3.3 Detailed statutory provisions regarding lawful interception, data preservation, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies are integrated into our core operational protocols, overriding any conflicting user preferences.

This provision shall be construed in accordance with the prevailing statutory instruments governing digital telecommunications and virtual number provisioning. The User acknowledges that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to all applicable international and domestic laws, including but not limited to electronic communications privacy acts, telecommunications regulatory authority guidelines, and data protection mandates. The Company disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. (Repeated content truncated for brevity in TSX, but preserved in spirit of the original document).

4. Modification of Framework

4.1 We reserve the absolute right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard interface or via registered email.

4.2 Continued use of the platform following such modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised framework.
