NOTICE: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber") and NextNum. By accessing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, and regulatory provisions contained herein.

IV. Regulatory Compliance & Acceptable Use

1. Stringent Regulatory Compliance

1.1 To ensure 100% regulatory compliance and to mitigate any third-party legal liabilities, NextNum operates under a strict compliance framework modeled after leading international IT and telecommunications directives.

2. Prohibition of Illegal and Unauthorized Activities

WARNING: The numbers provided by NextNum may NOT, under any circumstances, be utilized for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized activities.

2.1 Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: identity theft, financial fraud (e.g., OTP interception fraud), distribution of malware via SMS, coordinating illegal acts, and circumventing digital platform bans.

2.2 Immediate Termination: Involvement in, or suspicion of, such misuse will result in the immediate cancellation and permanent termination of the service. User accounts will be blacklisted, and digital assets frozen.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

3.1 Depending on the volume of usage and the specific geographic routing of the DIDs, NextNum reserves the right to trigger mandatory KYC verification at any time.

3.2 Failure to provide valid, government-issued identification upon request will result in service suspension.

This provision shall be construed in accordance with the prevailing statutory instruments governing digital telecommunications and virtual number provisioning. The User acknowledges that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to all applicable international and domestic laws, including but not limited to electronic communications privacy acts, telecommunications regulatory authority guidelines, and data protection mandates. The Company disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. 4. Indemnification

4.1 The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NextNum, its officers, directors, employees, and carrier partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of the User's violation of these regulatory terms.
